This Sunday evening I'll show you another Christmas card (yes indeed ;)) The colours in these Inkido papers was quite a challenge for me, so it took some time to make it, but her is the result... I'll join in the
LOTV Challenge Blog this week, as their challenge is to make something bright and sparkly!
Stars, stars stars... all three are made using Sizzix dies. All three are painted with Gesso, then I've made them different using Glimmer Mist and different types of embossing powder (gold and Chocolate gold - Inkido).
I love this LiliOf TheValley image. I've painted it with Distress Ink refillers and then sprayed it with Glimmer Mist 'Old Lace'. The date is a detail from an Inkido stamp.
An accidential little tip; I used this chiffon ribbon at the front, and had to emboss something afteradding the ribbon (just the way we do when the smart ideas pop into the head too late, righet?) The heat from the heat pistol made the ribbon melt, and actually I think it looks a bit cool? Just had to let the ribbon continue at the back and pretend as nothing, anyway ;)
Takk for besøket på en søndagskveld - håper ukestrten blir fin for alle og enhver :)
